Carl Froch believes the real reason Anthony Joshua dropped his unified heavyweight titles to Oleksandr Usyk is because he 'didn't work hard enough' in the lead up to their inaugural encounter.
The Cobra is a good friend of AJ's former coach Rob McCracken and claims Joshua completely disregarded his mentor's guidance and skipped sparring sessions and hard runs during pre-fight preparations.
But Froch affirms that the problems lay closer to home.
